Willis Towers Watson is seeking an energetic Pharmacy Consultant, Manager to lead pharmacy benefits projects for clients and drive plan design and management improvements. The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, senior relationship management, and development of intellectual capital.

The ideal candidate has extensive pharmacy benefits experience, strong client facing skills, and the ability to balance clinical needs with business growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in clinical strategy, pharmacy benefit management, analytics, growth and consulting.
• Deep understanding of PBM and US healthcare ecosystems, either at PBM, health plan, health tech or as a benefits consultant.

Responsibilities

• Lead client Pharmacy engagements for Small to Medium clients or large clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employer and vendor contacts.
• Provide leadership to junior colleagues on pharmacy concepts and tools.
• Conduct final quality reviews for all Pharmacy deliverables.
• Assist in new business activities and contribute to intellectual capital development.
