HUB International in Scottsdale seeks a Senior Regional Pharmacy Consultant to partner with Market Leaders and Client Management teams, providing pharmacy benefits expertise and strategic guidance for large employer clients, with up to 50% travel.

You will articulate pharmacy initiatives, mentor regional consultants, and drive growth by expanding relationships while leveraging HUB analytics and PBM tools to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS Pharmacy or PharmD is required; PharmD strongly preferred.
• 8+ years in Employee Benefits and/or Pharmacy with large employer experience.
• 3+ years advising in PBM marketplace with established PBM/vendor relationships.
• Strong knowledge of current and emerging pharmacy solutions.
• Proven ability to exceed expectations and meet sales goals.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as pharmacy thought leader for Employee Benefits at a regional level.
• Drive sales and revenue growth by expanding client relationships and pursuing new opportunities.
• Communicate pharmacy initiatives and solutions clearly to clients and teams.
• Mentor and coach regional consultants and account managers.
• Collaborate with HUB analytics platform and PBMs to justify solutions.
• Lead regional strategy development and escalation on complex pharmacy challenges.
