The ideal candidate has 15–20 years in PBMs or health plans, 7–10 years of management experience, and a strong grasp of pharmacy benefits across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans. Travel and high-level client service are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
• 15–20 years’ experience in PBMs or health plans.
• 7–10 years of management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy benefits across multiple product lines.
• Proven success in strategic planning and driving growth.
• Excellent organization, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with welfare benefits and risk/insurance concepts.
• Willingness to travel and entertain clients/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage a regional unit of consulting professionals servicing employer clients.
• Oversee unit performance, growth, and persistency.
• Provide direct client support for high-profile clients.
• Develop team capabilities and service delivery across accounts.
• Allocate resources, assign projects, and manage activities within the unit.
• Conduct performance evaluations and salary/bonus reviews with VP for Account team.
• Support sales opportunities with Producers or CGO when needed.
• Maintain relationships with PBMs and pharmacy vendors and collaborate across specialty practices.
• Attend on-site client meetings and relevant internal programs.
