Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Recruiter focused on Pharmacist talent to own recruitment across a defined geographic market. You will partner with hiring leaders to understand local staffing needs and build pipelines of pharmacist talent, engaging active and passive candidates and guiding them through a high-quality recruiting experience from first conversation through offer.

You will develop market-specific sourcing strategies, drive a welcoming candidate experience, and collaborate with stakeholders

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related recruiting experience.
• Experience applying talent acquisition practices to moderately complex hiring needs.
• Experience aligning recruiting with business goals and performance metrics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Clarifies position requirements with hiring partners.
• Develops sourcing plans for assigned vacancies.
• Screens applicants against job-related criteria.
• Guides interviewers on consistent candidate evaluation.
