Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a Recruiter focused on Pharmacist talent to own recruiting across a defined geographic market, partnering with hiring leaders to build strong pipelines of pharmacist talent and guide candidates from first conversation through offer.

You will proactively engage active and passive candidates, create market-specific sourcing strategies, and deliver a welcoming, high-quality recruiting experience from initial contact through offer, while aligning with regional staffing needs

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related experience.
• At least 1 year applying talent acquisition assessment practices.
• At least 1 year of experience using MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Clarifies position requirements with hiring partners.
• Develops sourcing plans for assigned vacancies.
• Screens applicants against job-related criteria.
• Guides interviewers on consistent candidate evaluation.
• Addresses obstacles in assigned candidate pipelines within established recruitment guidelines.
• Escalates potential risks in hiring practices that require policy interpretation.
• Uses recruitment metrics to refine search approaches.
