You will own recruiting efforts, partner with hiring leaders to understand local staffing needs, and build strong pipelines of pharmacist talent. You’ll engage active and passive candidates, develop market-specific sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through a high-quality recruiting experience from first conversation through offer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related recruiting experience.
• Experience applying talent acquisition assessment practices to moderately complex hiring needs.
• Experience using basic business concepts and performance measures in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Clarifies position requirements with hiring partners.
• Develops sourcing plans for assigned vacancies.
• Screens applicants against job-related criteria.
• Guides interviewers on consistent candidate evaluation.
