Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a District Sales professional to coordinate commercial activity within in-field teams across the Seattle geography. You will create and implement the District Sales Plan, monitor progress, and drive top- and bottom-line results through market understanding and team leadership.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and strong business analysis, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to mentor others and engage cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in health, sciences, pharmacy or business or equivalent experience.
• Business analysis and planning skills to drive sales performance.
• Ability to articulate scientific aspects of treatments and disease states.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial activity within in-field teams to reach targets in the assigned geography.
• Create, implement, and communicate the District Sales Plan and monitor progress.
• Lead in-field meetings, coach teams, and develop talent for promotional opportunities.
• Provide direction to internal partners in the business planning process.
• Maintain AbbVie Ways of Working and drive field operations with integrity.
