Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based District Sales Manager to lead commercial activity across Philadelphia, Allentown, and Lancaster PA. You will create, implement, and monitor the District Sales Plan to achieve targets and drive top- and bottom-line results.

You will coach and mentor in-field teams, present market and disease state insights, and collaborate with internal partners to ensure compliant, high-performance execution while meeting safety standards and credentialing requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or equivalent industry experience required.
• Minimum four years pharmaceutical sales management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-field activity to achieve results and agreed-upon targets.
• Maximize market, segment, and team dynamics to drive top- and bottom-line results.
