Job summary

Neighborcare Health in Seattle is seeking a Patient Services Operations Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for PSR teams across multiple clinics, ensuring optimal patient access and front office performance.

You will supervise 10–25 staff, coordinate scheduling, recruit and train, and partner with site leaders to drive workforce development, equity, safety, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• AA Degree or equivalent; or high school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of leadership in a professional setting.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; 2 years of leadership in medical or dental clinics, overseeing patient check-in or scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and professional development for a regional team of 10–25 PSR staff, including PSR Leads.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, evaluations, and corrective actions with HR and site leaders; coordinate onboarding and performance of staff including float pool and volunteers.
• Develop standardized front office workflows and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Foster equity, safety, and continuous improvement aligned with Neighborcare's mission and core values.
• Monitor staffing across clinics; coordinate scheduling, same-day coverage, and long-term planning with clinic leads.
