Job summary

Neighborcare Health is seeking a Medical Operations Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for Medical Assistants across multiple Seattle-area clinical sites. You will supervise back-office operations, standardize workflows, optimize scheduling, and collaborate with site leaders to drive workforce development and a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires robust leadership, knowledge of HIPAA/privacy, and experience with clinical operations and Epic EMR.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Active WA DOH Medical Assistance licensure.
• 2 years clinical experience with required licensure.
• 2 years leadership of Medical Assistants.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, coaching, and professional development for a regional team of 10–25 MAs.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, evaluations, and corrective actions with HR.
• Establish standardized back-office workflows across clinics.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, and same-day coverage.
• Oversee MA credentialing and training programs.
