Job summary

You will ensure consistent workflows, template management, and a best-in-class patient experience while supporting the Regional Manager with coaching and standardization across clinics.

You will hire and develop scheduling staff, monitor key metrics, and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of scheduling protocols, template management, and call center workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Epic or similar EMR platforms is strongly preferred.
• Medical office or call center supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling operations across the district and ensure template adherence.
• Lead staffing, training, and performance coaching for scheduling teams.
