Talentify is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor in Lexington, KY to lead the patient access team, oversee registration, scheduling, and insurance verification, and ensure compliance with privacy and policy standards. You will drive process improvements and work with clinical and administrative staff to optimize patient care and departmental performance.

Applicants should have 3+ years in Patient Access with supervisory experience and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Patient Access or a related healthcare field.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, privacy standards (HIPAA), and policies.
• Experience with EHR, PM software, and billing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a team of patient access representatives with training and guidance.
• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, eligibility, and pre-authorization.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and facility policies.
• Continuously improve processes, workflows, and technologies to enhance patient experience.
• Provide accurate reports on access metrics to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and finance staff to meet organizational goals.
