Job summary

Upper Great Lakes FamilyHealth seeks a Patient Access Supervisor to lead PSRs and Call Center staff within an assigned region. The role oversees patient access operations, scheduling integrity, registration quality, and customer service excellence to ensure a seamless patient experience across clinics.

The supervisor will liaise between frontline staff and leadership, manage onboarding, and optimize workflows to support efficient operations and consistent processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in healthcare registration, scheduling, patient access, or call center operations.
• Previous supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and supervision to the Patient Service Representatives (PSRs) and Call Center staff within an assigned region.
• Oversee patient access operations, scheduling integrity, registration quality, customer service excellence, staff performance, onboarding, and workflow management.
• Serve as the primary liaison between frontline patient access staff and leadership to ensure efficient operations and exceptional patient experience across assigned clinics.
