Job summary

Resolve Pain Solutions is seeking a Director of Patient Access & Scheduling to provide strategic and operational leadership for centralized patient-access and scheduling across a multi-site specialty healthcare platform.

You will oversee teams handling scheduling, pre-procedure readiness, and related access workflows, partnering with physicians, site leaders, revenue cycle, and clinical teams to improve patient access, reduce cancellations, and support physician productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in healthcare operations emphasizing patient access and scheduling.
• 3+ years leading managers and frontline teams.
• Proven success with centralized or multi-site scheduling.
• Knowledge of prior authorization, insurance verification, pre-certification, patient financial clearance, and their impact on scheduling outcomes.
• Experience using data, dashboards, KPIs, and operating rhythms to improve performance.
• Strong process-improvement, root-cause analysis, project-management, and change-management capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with EHR/practice-management systems, scheduling platforms, Microsoft Excel, and operational reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized patient access and scheduling across multiple locations.
• Establish standardized workflows, SLAs, and staffing models.
• Drive daily/weekly/monthly operating reviews with dashboards and targets.
• Collaborate with physicians, ASC leadership, practice admins, and site teams to optimize capacity.
• Own change-management initiatives for access workflows across sites.
