Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in patient access, scheduling operations, or outpatient healthcare operations.
• Experience supervising scheduling staff and improving workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling staff hiring, training, and performance within the district.
• Oversee day-to-day scheduling operations and template management across clinics.
• Ensure adherence to standardized workflows, KPIs, and privacy requirements.
• Coach and develop district scheduling teams and manage escalations.
