Job summary

Fivetran seeks a Partner Solutions Architect to own the global technical relationship with Snowflake and Databricks. This role spans alliance planning, joint narratives, and roadmap priorities to drive cosell revenue.

You will lead the technical cadence with partner teams, deliver hands-on labs and demonstrations at major events, and collaborate with regional architects to enable regional execution. remote/hybrid US role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, partner engineering or similar customer‑facing technical roles.
• Fluency across the modern data stack and ability to explain how the pieces fit.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Snowflake and/or Databricks with strong SQL and data modeling fundamentals.
• Sound product judgment and strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience owning a technical alliance and familiarity with partner APIs or integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the global technical alliance plans for Snowflake and Databricks across field organizations.
• Own the joint technical narrative and capability messaging for the dbt + Fivetran platform.
• Build collateral, playbooks and enablement assets for the partner solutions team and partners.
• Maintain a current view of integration state, gaps and opportunities across the platform.
• Serve as the primary technical counterpart to partner engineering and product teams.
• Own the technical presence at Snowflake Summit and Databricks Data + AI Summit with hands‑on labs and demos.
• Partner with regional architects to translate global strategy into regional execution.
• Travel approximately 30% for alliance planning, workshops, executive meetings and events.
