Quilt is reinventing heat pumps with software that helps contractors grow their business. As Regional Partner Sales Manager for the North Central region, you’ll own Quilt’s partner channel across the Midwest and Ontario, signing new partners and guiding ongoing growth.

The role is field-based with 50–75% travel, cross-border collaboration, and a hunter‑farmer mindset. You’ll train partners, optimize performance, and build playbooks to scale revenue from installations and service, while

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in channel sales or business development in HVAC/building products.
• Fluent with heat pump systems and how they’re sold/installed.
• Existing network of HVAC contractors/ dealers is a strong advantage.
• Hunter‑farmer mindset with ability to build and grow accounts.
• Must be comfortable 50–75% travel, including cross-border travel to Canada.
