Job summary

Quilt is seeking a Regional Partner Sales Manager for the North Central region, covering the Midwest United States and Ontario, Canada. This field-based role will travel regularly to contractor partners, onboard new partners, and coach sales teams to grow Quilt installations.

You will own the regional partner base, manage pipelines, and work with marketing and product teams to drive growth. A hunter-farmer mindset and 5+ years in channel/territory.sales are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in channel sales, territory sales, or business development, preferably in HVAC, building products, or a related trade industry.
• HVAC fluency with deep understanding of heat pump systems and installation processes.
• Existing network of HVAC contractors and dealers in Midwest and/or Ontario is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Hunt: Build the Partner Base in the Midwest and Ontario by identifying and engaging HVAC contractors and dealers.
• Farm: Grow and manage relationships with existing Quilt partners, provide field support, training, and performance coaching.
• Drive regional performance by exceeding revenue and installation targets and collaborating with marketing and product teams.
