Quilt is seeking a Regional Partner Sales Manager to own the Midwest US and Ontario partner channel. You will drive growth by expanding existing Quilt Certified Partners and signing new contractors while traveling 50–75% to client sites and events.

You’ll be the face of Quilt to HVAC pros, building a region that you shape with strong sales leadership. This is a fast‑growing HVAC tech company focused on heat pumps and software, offering equity and a compelling career path as you scale the North

Qualifications

• 5+ years in channel sales, territory sales, or business development in HVAC/building products.
• Strong network of HVAC contractors/dealers is a plus.
• Ability to travel 50–75% of the time cross‑border to Canada.

Responsabilités

• Build and grow Quilt’s partner base across the Midwest and Ontario.
• Support and train partners to sell and install Quilt.
• Manage partner pipeline and hit quarterly enrollments and revenue targets.
• Represent Quilt at regional HVAC events and industry meetings.
