Job summary

Quilt, a fast-growing HVAC software and heat pump company, is seeking a Regional Partner Sales Manager for the North Central region (Midwest US and Ontario). You will own Quilt's partner channel, support existing partners, and sign new contractors with 50-75% travel.

Lead regional growth, build a scalable partner playbook, and collaborate with marketing to maximize co-op funds and assets. This role offers equity potential and a path to leadership as the network expands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in channel sales, territory sales, or business development.
• HVAC fluency with heat pump systems and field knowledge.
• Existing network of HVAC contractors/partners in Midwest and/or Ontario.
• Hunter-farmer mindset; able to grow existing accounts while prospecting new partners.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% including cross-border travel to Canada.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the Midwest and Ontario partner base; enroll new Quilt partners.
• Provide field support: travel to partner locations for coaching and ride-alongs.
• Deliver product and sales enablement to partner teams; train on install quality and sales techniques.
• Track partner performance and develop action plans to accelerate underperformers.
• Collaborate with marketing to leverage co-op funds, leads, and assets.
