Wiz seeks an experienced Director of Regional Partner Managers to lead a West Region team and drive channel sales strategy. You will manage partner relationships, forecast performance, and coordinate with marketing, product, and solutions engineering to grow Wiz cloud security adoption.

You will coach managers, set ambitious targets, and ensure customer success through a unified, data-driven approach. This role reports to the Head of AMER Channels and Alliances.

• Expertise in developing and executing channel sales strategies aligned to company goals.
• Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead and develop a team of Regional Channel Managers in the West Region.

• Identify new partner opportunities and expand the partner base.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and solutions teams to unify sales efforts.
• Analyze sales data, forecast, and report to executive leadership.
• Set performance goals, coach teams, and drive revenue growth.
• Maintain executive relationships with partner executives for long-term partnerships.
• Stay current on industry trends and apply best practices in sales.
• Manage sales pipeline and ensure alignment with customer success.
