• Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline preferred.
• 5+ years experience in capital equipment sales.
• Must have the desire and the potential to develop into a commercial leadership role.
• Must be a self-starter with strong business acumen and excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with consultative, ROI solution selling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly sales goals and year-over-year growth.
• Prepare strategic and tactical plans to meet annual sales forecast.
• Maintain and enhance existing customer accounts with innovative sales support.
• Develop new accounts from leads and prospecting efforts.
• Lead win-win negotiations to optimize ROI and margins.
• Collaborate with engineering and applications to offer best solutions.
• Travel up to 75% as required.
