Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in capital equipment or manufacturing technology.
• Experience managing complex territory sales and key customer relationships.
• Ability to travel across North America ~50–60%.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for capital packaging equipment in a North American territory.
• Generate leads, develop prospects, provide quotes, negotiate, and secure orders.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to deliver customized packaging solutions.
• Build cross-functional relationships with plant, operations, engineering, procurement, and exec management.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and provide forecasts.
