Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3–5 years of outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate and close new business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate sales agreements with diverse accounts.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales goals and executes sales plans within an assigned territory and/or accounts.
• Secures and maintains distribution of products and services, provides pricing, negotiates, and maintains sales agreements.
• Develops lead generation plans to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Maintains customer relationships and expands business with existing customers.
• Coordinates with design department to improve designs for customers.
• Reviews opportunities and recommends process improvements with sales management.
• Manages account activities including recordkeeping, forecasts, budgets, and credit if applicable.
