Job Juncture is seeking a Regional Packaging Sales Representative to drive growth across the South TX market for corrugated packaging solutions. You will own a hunter-driven sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building a robust book of business with manufacturing, logistics, and distribution clients.

Based in South Texas, you’ll travel to client sites across Houston and nearby areas, develop pricing strategies, and partner with production and design teams to deliver cost-effective,

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of packaging sales experience (must have corrugated sale experience).
• Proven success in selling into the South, TX market and developing new business.
• Strong understanding of custom packaging solutions vs. commodity sales.
• An established network within Houston's manufacturing, distribution, or industrial sectors is a major plus.
• Ability to manage a territory independently with a hunter-driven mindset.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Maintain a strong pipeline and accurately forecast sales activity using CRM tools
• Stay connected to local market trends, key industries (energy, food & beverage, industrial manufacturing), and competitive landscape
