Tusco Inc. is seeking a Regional Outside Sales Representative to grow our Service & Maintenance business in the Bessemer, AL region.

You will own the regional territory, build relationships with facilities, operations, and decision-makers, and sell preventive maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and service solutions. Qualifications

• 3+ years of field-based outside sales experience, preferably in security, fencing, gates, access control, facilities services, construction, or related field services.
• Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business independently.
• Experience selling services or maintenance agreements and recurring revenue programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop an assigned regional sales territory and identify new Service & Maintenance customers.
• Re-engage former customers and develop opportunities within existing relationships.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close and forecast opportunities in CRM.
• Travel regularly for site visits, meetings, and relationship-building activities.
