Job summary

Vector Security is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow new and existing customer relationships in an assigned territory in Tuscaloosa, AL. This field-based role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with a monthly vehicle allowance and comprehensive benefits.

You will prospect, qualify, and close security solutions for homeowners and business clients, building a strong pipeline and delivering customized security offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of successful sales experience with documented performance results.
• Experience managing and growing a book of business, including new business development and account retention.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas or revenue targets.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Sell Vector's residential and commercial solutions and achieve bookings, recurring revenue, profit margin, and unit targets.
• Generate and track leads; maintain a viable sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training and certifications; educate customers on solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with design and operations teams to scope commercial and residential installations.
