Job summary

Tusco, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Outside Sales Representative to grow our Service & Maintenance business through new customer development and durable partnerships across a regional territory.

You will own the sales process from prospecting to close, engage with key decision-makers, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value and drive long-term growth. This role requires travel and a strong emphasis on relationships and customer success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field-based outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business independently.
• Experience selling services, maintenance agreements, recurring-revenue programs or similar B2B solutions.
• Willing to travel regionally and manage a CRM pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop an assigned regional sales territory.
• Identify, prospect, and develop net-new Service & Maintenance customers.
• Re-engage former Tusco customers and develop opportunities within existing relationships.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with facilities, operations, security, and property management decision-makers.
• Learn customer operations to identify solutions that provide long-term value.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and relationship-building activities.
• Collaborate with Service & Maintenance, estimating, and operations teams to meet customer needs while growing profitability.
• Maintain active customer relationships for renewals and additional support.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in the CRM.
