Job summary

Maner Builders Supply Co, a Division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow new business and maintain existing accounts serving professional homebuilders, contractors, and commercial builders.

Based in Augusta, GA, the role requires 50% travel, the ability to read blueprints, estimate materials, negotiate quotes, and coordinate deliveries with customers and project teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of sales experience in building materials or related industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to walk throughout yards, plants, and offices.

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, and secure new accounts for the company.
• Provide existing accounts with necessary products, time, and information.
• Assist with the selection of products best suited to customer needs.
• Prepare, coordinate, and communicate price quotations, terms of sales, delivery dates, and service obligations to customers/contractors.
• Resolve customer complaints and problems.
• Assist in the collection of accounts receivable.
• Coordinate project schedules, contractor schedules, and material deliveries.
