Job summary

Imperial USA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Dallas, TX to own existing relationships and grow new business across the Mid-South region. You will train customers, support distributors, and hunt new accounts while traveling up to 50% of the time.

The role offers a base salary of $80,000–$100,000 per year plus bonuses, health insurance, and retirement plans. Must be based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must have outside sales experience with a proven track record.
• Previous experience in the building and remodeling industry preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial doors, frames, hardware, and related building materials heavily preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing contact representing Imperial USA in person and build trust in the field.
• Actively prospect and open new accounts, driving revenue growth and expanding market share across the territory.
• Call on key accounts and job sites across the territory to maintain relationships and move deals forward.
• Collaborate with inside sales and customer service on quotes, order entry, and project follow-up.
• Represent Imperial USA at industry trade shows, association events, and dealer/contractor meetings.
• Monitor market activity, project bids, and competitor moves, and report back on pipeline and accounts.
