K+S Services, a SunSource company, is seeking an Outside Sales Regional Account Manager to cover Central / Northern OH. You’ll build relationships with customers, develop new opportunities, and manage a territory, while ensuring service quality and strong account growth across industrial markets.

The role emphasizes new business development, proactive prospecting, and a disciplined CRM-driven approach, with potential for travel and growth within a dynamic industrial sales team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside sales experience preferred; hunter mentality required.
• Enjoys new territory/customer development.
• Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, account development, and time management.
• Ability to establish and maintain business relationships; strong verbal and written communication.
• Must have a valid driver's license; overnight travel may be required.
• Proven ability to drive to customer visits in industrial settings.

Responsabilités

• 90% New Business Development.
• Grow the territory by developing new customers while expanding relationships within existing accounts.
• Cold call and prospect for new business opportunities within the Industrial Markets such as MFG Plants, Industrial MFG Facilities, OEM.
• Manage a book of open orders to ensure customers are informed and satisfied.
• Update your CRM daily and design your schedule around an organized outside sales approach.
• Build relationships with customers at all levels of their organizations.
• Help solve customers’ problems and keep industry running.
