Job summary

K+S Services, a SunSource company, seeks an Outside Sales Regional Account Manager to cover Central/Northern Ohio. You will own a high-potential territory, build relationships, and develop new business while managing an existing book of customers.

You will prospect, qualify opportunities, and travel as needed to industrial sites to keep customers running and satisfied. Strong communication and CRM discipline are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside Sales Experience Preferred. Hunter Mentality Required.
• Enjoys New Territory/Customer Development.
• Ability to establish and maintain business relationships.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• 90% New Business Development.
• Grow the territory by developing new customers and expanding relationships.
• Cold call and prospect for new business opportunities in Industrial Markets (MFG Plants, Facilities, OEM).
• Manage a book of open orders to keep customers informed and satisfied.
• Update your CRM daily and plan your schedule around an organized outside sales approach.
• Build relationships with customers at all levels and help solve problems.
