Job summary

K+S Services, a SunSource company, is seeking an Outside Sales Regional Account Manager to own a Central/Northern OH territory. This remote role focuses on developing new business, managing orders, and building long-term customer relationships across Mansfield, Ashland, Wooster and surrounding areas.

You will drive new business development, maintain CRM, and travel as needed to customer sites, with a focus on industrial repair services and parts.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside Sales experience preferred; hunter mentality required.
• Enjoys new territory/customer development.
• Experience in qualification, pre-call planning, account development, and time management.
• Ability to establish and maintain business relationships.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• 90% New Business Development.
• Grow the territory by developing new customers and expanding relationships within existing accounts.
• Cold call and prospect for new business opportunities within Industrial Markets.
• Cover MFG Plants, Industrial Mfg Facilities, OEM.
• Manage a book of open orders to keep customers informed and satisfied.
• Update CRM daily and plan your schedule around an outside sales approach.
• Build relationships with customers at all levels of their organizations.
• Help solve customers’ problems and keep operations running.
