K+S Services, a SunSource company, is seeking an Outside Sales Regional Account Manager to cover Central / Northern OH. You will own your territory, originate new business, and manage relationships with customers in industrial markets.

You will drive opportunities, maintain an organized pipeline using CRM, and travel as needed to visit customers across the territory while delivering strong customer service and solutions.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside Sales experience preferred; hunter mentality required.
• Ability to develop new territory and customer relationships.
• Strong communication and time management.
• Willingness to travel overnight; valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• 90% New Business Development.
• Grow the territory by developing new customers while expanding relationships within existing accounts.
• Cold call and prospect for new business opportunities within Industrial Markets (MFG Plants, Industrial MFG Facilities, OEM).
• Manage a book of open orders to ensure customers are informed and satisfied.
• Update CRM daily and maintain an organized outside sales approach.
• Build relationships with customers at all levels of their organizations and help solve problems to keep operations running.
