Job summary

Rain for Rent is seeking a Sales Associate to develop customer relationships and drive revenue across a Brownsville to McAllen territory. The role emphasizes hunter mentality, travel within the territory, and collaboration with operations to exceed customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will manage leads in Zoho CRM, build new accounts, and participate in business development activities while supporting safety programs and Rain for Rent's values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required or preferred.
• 1+ year of outside sales, inside sales, or related internship/experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, promote, develop, and execute sale and rental of company products and services in the territory.
• Grow revenues and share of wallet with branch, regional, and national accounts.
• Travel throughout territory to call on regular and prospective customers.
• Qualify and report marketing leads and opportunities in Zoho CRM.
