Job summary

Rain for Rent is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive regional revenue, oversee sales training, and build a roster of skilled sales representatives across locations in the U.S. You will recruit, interview, and support hiring, develop sales plans, and monitor performance to grow sales, rentals and labor services in your region.

The role requires leadership, travel within the region, and collaboration with branch teams to ensure targeted growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in regional sales management.
• Ability to recruit and interview sales representatives.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze regional sales data to plan and execute campaigns.
• Develop and train branch sales representatives using Rainmaker methods.
• Promote sales, rentals and labor services to maximize regional revenue.
• Recruit, interview, and assist with hiring of sales personnel.
• Attend monthly meetings and coordinate with branch managers on goals.
• Prepare reports and maintain records for management review.
