Zusammenfassung

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks an experienced Sales Representative for a hybrid Florida location (Jacksonville, Orlando, or Cape Coral) to grow sales of precast concrete products. You will build relationships with civil contractors, utilities, and municipalities, while coordinating bids and leveraging the Oldcastle product portfolio.

You will travel roughly half the time, develop market strategies, and collaborate with engineering teams to secure specifications and achieve sales

Qualifikationen

• Experience in civil infrastructure construction or precast product sales preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret civil design drawings and engineering production drawings.
• Strong business acumen in sales/marketing within civil infrastructure markets.

Aufgaben

• Sell and market Oldcastle Infrastructure precast products to civil contractors, utilities, and municipalities.
• Prospect opportunities and target markets within core regions.
• Identify and bid projects; develop bid strategies for each job.
• Use software tools to manage prospects, issue quotes, and coordinate with the team.
• Support Area Sales Manager to meet sales goals and profitability in key markets.
• Develop relationships with the engineering community to favor product specifications.
• Meet specific sales volumes and profit margin goals.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Production, Operations, Transportation and Accounting to ensure top service.
• Coordinate with broader sales team to manage cross-boundary opportunities.
• Participate in industry associations to grow networking relationships.
