Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, seeks an experienced Sales Representative to grow our precast concrete products business across Florida. You will manage current accounts, develop new opportunities, and align with engineering and contracting partners to meet sales goals.

This hybrid role requires travel, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to read design drawings. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and drive profitability in key markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in civil infrastructure construction or precast sales.
• Ability to read civil and engineering drawings.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell Oldcastle Infrastructure precast products to contractors and municipalities.
• Prospect opportunities and develop new business in assigned markets.
• Analyze bids and assist in bid strategy with sales team.
• Maintain relationships with engineering community.
