Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks an experienced Outside Sales Representative to develop and maintain relationships with customers, achieve sales goals, and grow regional volume for precast concrete products. The role is remote but based in Orlando, Florida.

You will prospect opportunities, bid eligible projects, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to meet volumes and margins while traveling approximately half of your time to customer sites and job locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in civil infrastructure construction, precast concrete manufacturing sales, or similar product sales.
• Ability to read and interpret civil design drawings and engineering production drawings.
• Must be able to travel ~50%+ across the sales region.
• Preferred experience selling to engineers and specifying agencies.

Responsibilities

• Sales and marketing of all Oldcastle Infrastructure precast products to contractors, utilities, and municipalities.
• Identify opportunities and target companies within core markets.
• Assist in bid strategy and development for each job.
• Use software tools to manage prospects, issue quotes, and communicate with the team.
• Support Area Sales Manager to achieve sales goals and profitability in key markets.
