CRH plc is seeking an experienced Sales Representative for Oldcastle Infrastructure, based in Orlando, FL. This remote role focuses on selling precast concrete products to civil contractors, utility companies and municipalities, with travel about 50%+ across the region.

You will develop plans to increase regional sales, manage quotes, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve targets while promoting CRH's comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in civil infrastructure construction, precast concrete manufacturing sales, or similar product sales.
• Ability to read and interpret civil design drawings, and engineering production drawings.
• Must have ability to travel (approx. 50% +) throughout the sales region.
• Preferred experience with technical sales to engineers and specifying agencies.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Sales and marketing of Oldcastle Infrastructure precast concrete products to civil contractors, utility companies and municipalities.
• Prospect opportunities and companies; market products within core markets.
• Identify and bid projects; develop bid strategy for each job.
• Use software tools to manage prospects, issue quotes and communicate with the team.
• Support Area Sales Manager in strategy to meet sales goals and profitability.
• Meet specific sales volumes and profit margin goals.
• Participate in industry associations to build networks and relationships.
