Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leading multiple store teams in retail.
• Strong planning, analysis, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales, profit and service across multiple centers.
• Develop strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Staffing, training, policy adherence and compliance.
• Coach center leaders and manage performance.
• Drive regional growth and patient/customer experience.
• Monitor operations and govern center guidelines.
• Collaborate with HR on staffing and relations.
