• 5+ years of multi-unit retail management experience.

• Strong planning, analysis, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandise, operational, and customer service strategies to meet sales and EBITDA targets.
• Conduct center visits to ensure service standards are consistently delivered.
• Coach center staff on performance and development.
• Set and monitor center operations guidelines and compliance.
• Stay informed on regional competition and market dynamics.
• Oversee onboarding for General Managers and Optometrists; ensure effective training.
• Support staffing, recruiting, and HR solutions within the region.
• Manage regional financials to drive sales and control expenses.
