Shopko Optical is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple centers in a defined geographic region. You will drive sales, service quality, and profitability while managing staffing, training, policy adherence, and compliance across centers.

Your leadership will shape customer experience and optometric relations as you build strong teams. The role requires a strategic, hands-on leader capable of coaching staff, maintaining standards, and delivering growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in relevant business field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build teammate relationships in fast change.
• Strong planning, analysis, and organizational skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in a matrix environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to travel independently to support Company objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales, profit and service across regional centers.
• Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with corporate direction.
• Staffing, training, policy adherence, and compliance management.
• Oversee onboarding for leaders and ensure effective training.
• Provide proactive communication to centers and corporate partners.
• Manage financials and control expenses to plan.
• Ensure centers follow HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
