Job summary

Shopko Optical is seeking a Regional Manager to drive sales, service, and profitability across multiple centers in a defined geographic region in Minnesota. You will lead staffing, training, policy compliance, and optometric relations to ensure exceptional patient experiences and strong EBITDA results.

You will build a high-performing team, implement growth strategies, and partner with HR to address staffing, performance, and development needs across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and build teammate relationships amid fast change.
• Strong planning, analysis and organizational skills.
• Able to thrive in a matrix environment and communicate effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall sales, profit and service performance of multiple centers within a region.
• Develop and execute strategies aligned with corporate direction to drive growth.
• Staffing, training, policy adherence, compliance and patient/customer experience across centers.
• Lead onboarding and development programs for leadership roles.
• Monitor centers’ performance, provide coaching and ensure operational standards.
