Zuma is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee and support the regional restaurant portfolio in the United States, including Miami. The role partners with General Managers and Executive Chefs to elevate operational excellence, guest experience, and financial performance across multiple venues.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in high‑volume hospitality leadership, a track record of developing leaders, and a strong grasp of budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of progressive restaurant operations leadership experience within high‑volume, premium or luxury hospitality, including multi‑unit or regional oversight.
• Proven experience leading General Managers and senior restaurant leadership across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, guest experience, labor management, F&B costs, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze operational and financial performance and translate findings into action plans.
• Excellent leadership and team development skills with a track record of building high‑performing management teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and support day‑to‑day operations across the region, ensuring consistent execution of Zuma's standards.
• Partner with General Managers and Executive Chefs to drive restaurant performance with guidance and hands‑on support.
• Monitor financial and operational performance: revenue, labor, COGs, profitability, productivity, and KPIs.
• Collaborate on annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans to hit financial targets.
• Conduct site visits and reviews to evaluate service, guest experience, and facilities.
• Lead and develop General Managers and senior leaders, building a strong regional leadership pipeline.
