Confidential in Miami seeks an Assistant Director of Operations for a luxury high-volume restaurant to elevate daily service across dining rooms, sushi bar, lounges and cocktail bars.

This hands-on, floor-driven leadership role partners with the Director of Operations, department heads, and line teams to ensure flawless guest experiences, brand standards, and efficient labor management.

Formación

• Experience leading operations in a high-volume luxury restaurant.
• Visible floor presence with strong leadership and real-time decision-making.
• Ability to coordinate FOH and BOH with department heads.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily service operations across all venues to maintain brand standards.
• Act as floor leader during peak service and resolve issues in real time.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-service recaps focused on pacing.
• Coach floor managers and department heads with clear direction.
• Drive labor efficiency through scheduling and active supervision.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance during daily walkthroughs.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and development of staff.
