You’ll ensure service standards, labor optimization, and seamless collaboration between FOH and BOH while upholding Zuma’s hospitality values.

The role requires leadership across the FOH team, the ability to manage schedules, and a commitment to guest satisfaction in a premium dining setting.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management in a premium dining environment.
• Proven leadership ability managing managers and large service teams.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including guest relations, service standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest and team relations.

Aufgaben

• Support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations and guest experiences.
• Provide leadership to FOH managers and service teams to maintain Zuma’s service standards.
• Supervise and coordinate floor staff to ensure smooth operations and guest service.
• Assist in recruitment, training and development of FOH staff and managers.
• Oversee scheduling and labor costs while maintaining service levels.
• Monitor performance during service and support the team in real time.
• Coordinate with kitchen leadership for seamless FOH/BOH communication.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor budgets, payroll, and financial targets.
