The role leads a small team responsible for fleet management of mobile offices and modular buildings, balancing hands-on work with strategic oversight in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a management role.
• Superior interpersonal skills and high EQ.
• Ability to travel between branches up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics, customer service, contracts, billing, receiving, accounts payable, PO, and project coordination.
• Understand and manage to a P&L.
• Collaborate with Sales, Inventory Center, and production staff daily.
• Develop relationships with key customers and resolve disputes.
• Participate in contract negotiations with internal and external customers.
• Improve branch processes and implement best practices.
• Provide coaching and development to operations staff.
• Drive data‑driven decisions using operational metrics.
