Job summary

FleetPride, the leading after-market distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts in the U.S., seeks a regional operations leader to oversee multiple service centers. You will hire and coach Service Managers, drive sales and safety programs, and ensure financial targets are met while traveling to branches in your area.

You will implement standard practices, monitor branch performance, manage budgets, and collaborate with accounts receivable on overdue items.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in heavy-duty truck service, including 5 years in supervision.
• Strong analytical and financial understanding with KPI focus.
• Proven leadership and communication skills across multiple branches.

Responsibilities

• Hire and supervise Service Managers for branches in the area.
• Drive staffing to fill roles with qualified personnel.
• Communicate with reports to ensure procedures and new methods are followed.
• Enforce policies and provide hands-on coaching to managers.
• Review monthly branch financial results and plan improvements.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable on overdue accounts.
• Develop plans to grow local market and recruit technicians.
• Visit branches regularly, focusing on underperforming sites.
