The position supports delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings, with behind-the-scenes accounting and administrative tasks to back Sales and Operations.

You will collaborate with sales, vendors, and customers, maintaining timely information flow, and ensuring projects stay on schedule in a fast-paced environment.

• 3+ years in a customer service role with ability to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings with internal partners, vendors, and customers.
• Perform light accounting and billing tasks, document retention, quote documentation/approval, and back-end charge process.
• Manage and run reports to meet deadlines and customer needs.
• Provide timely information and direct support to sales, vendors, and customers.
• Interface with vendors, contractors, architects, and customers clearly in writing or verbally.
• Negotiate and resolve differences with customers and vendors while maintaining relationships.
